1. 协议的范围与接受

欢迎使用 LoveBridge（“爱桥”，以下简称“本服务”）。本服务由【运营主体全称】（以下简称“我们”）提供，包括 LoveBridge iOS / Android 应用、网站 lovebrideg.one 及其子域名，以及相关的 API 与在线服务。

你在注册、登录或使用本服务前，应当仔细阅读本协议及《隐私政策》。你点击“同意”、完成注册或实际使用本服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。如你不同意本协议的任何内容，请不要使用本服务。

2. 账号注册与安全

  • 你可以使用电子邮箱（配合验证码 / 密码）注册，或在功能开放后使用 Apple、Google 账号登录。你应提供真实、准确、有效的信息，并在变化时及时更新。
  • 你应年满 18 周岁（或你所在司法辖区规定的更高的成年年龄）方可注册使用本服务，详见第 13 条。
  • 账号仅限你本人使用，不得出借、转让、出售。你应妥善保管登录凭证与设备，可开启 App 锁 / Face ID 保护敏感内容。因你保管不善导致的损失由你自行承担；发现账号被盗用，请立即联系我们。
  • 为保障安全，我们可能对异常登录、频繁请求验证码等行为采取限流、二次验证或暂时冻结等措施。

3. 情侣绑定与共享空间

  • 你可以通过邀请码 / 邀请链接与一位其他用户建立情侣关系（“绑定”）。同一时间一个账号只能与一位用户绑定。
  • 绑定后，你们将共享情侣空间中的内容，例如聊天记录、共享相册、纪念日、日记、清单、任务与游戏记录等。你理解并同意：你在情侣空间中发布的内容对你的伴侣可见。
  • “私密照片”等私密内容仅在双方同意的前提下按约定方式查看，你可以撤回授权；但我们无法控制对方在授权期间通过截屏、拍照等方式另行保存内容，请谨慎分享。
  • 任何一方均可解除绑定。解除绑定或一方注销后，另一方仍可能保留其自己发布的内容以及其有权保留的共享记录（例如其发送的消息），具体以《隐私政策》为准。

4. 用户内容

  • 你通过本服务上传、发送或发布的文字、语音、图片、视频、位置等内容（“用户内容”）的权利归你或原权利人所有。
  • 为向你和你的伴侣提供本服务（包括存储、传输、翻译、生成回忆卡片 / 视频、缩略图与格式转换、内容安全审核等），你授予我们一项全球范围内、免费、非独占、仅限于提供与改进本服务目的的许可，以使用、复制、存储、处理、改编和展示你的用户内容。该许可在你删除相关内容或注销账号并完成数据清理后终止（法律另有要求或备份轮转期间除外）。
  • 你应保证对用户内容拥有合法权利，且不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益（包括肖像权、隐私权、著作权等）。
  • 我们不会将你们情侣空间内的私人内容公开展示或出售给第三方。你主动发布到社区 / 公开区域的内容，可能被其他用户看到。

5. 行为规范

你在使用本服务时不得：

  • 发布违法、色情低俗、暴力、仇恨、骚扰、诽谤、侵犯他人隐私或知识产权的内容；
  • 未经他人同意上传或传播其私密影像，或以任何方式实施跟踪、胁迫、勒索；
  • 冒充他人、虚构身份进行“情感诈骗”、诱导转账或投资；
  • 利用本服务从事任何违法活动，或传播垃圾信息、恶意软件；
  • 对本服务进行反向工程、未经授权的抓取、攻击、干扰或绕过安全与计费机制；
  • 未成年人使用本服务，或向未成年人发布不适宜内容。

你可以在 App 内举报违规内容或用户。我们有权依据法律法规与本协议，对违规内容采取删除、屏蔽等措施，并视情节对账号采取警告、限制功能、冻结或封禁等处理；涉嫌违法犯罪的，我们将依法配合有权机关。

6. 翻译、AI 等辅助功能

  • 聊天翻译、AI 助手（如回复建议、恋爱话题、文化问答）等功能可能依赖第三方服务（例如 DeepL、AI 模型服务商），仅在相应功能开放时可用。功能未开放或第三方不可用时，相关入口会提示“暂不可用”。
  • 机器翻译与 AI 生成的内容可能不准确、不完整或不符合语境，仅供参考，不构成任何专业意见（包括法律、医疗、心理、财务建议）。请你自行判断并对基于这些内容作出的决定负责。
  • 使用上述功能时，相关文本会被发送给对应服务商处理，详见《隐私政策》。

7. 付费服务与订阅

  • 本服务的部分功能为付费服务（例如会员订阅、虚拟道具、积分等），具体内容、价格与权益以 App 内展示为准。
  • 付费通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的应用内购买完成，支付、扣款、自动续订与退款均适用对应平台的条款与政策。我们不会获取你的银行卡等支付信息。
  • 自动续订订阅将在当前周期结束前自动续费，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时于商店订阅设置中关闭自动续订。
  • 会员权益可能在情侣双方之间共享，具体以 App 内说明为准。虚拟道具与积分仅限在本服务内使用，不可兑换现金、不可转让，法律另有规定的除外。
  • 如因你违反本协议导致账号被限制或封禁，已购买的权益可能无法继续使用；退款事宜按平台政策和适用法律处理。

8. 第三方服务

本服务可能包含第三方提供的服务或链接（如 Apple / Google 登录与支付、推送通知、翻译、音视频通话、AI 服务等）。第三方服务受其各自条款约束，我们不对第三方服务的内容与可用性作出保证。

9. 知识产权

除用户内容外，本服务中的软件、界面设计、插画、图标、文字、商标“LoveBridge / 爱桥”及其他材料的知识产权归我们或相关权利人所有。未经书面许可，你不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。

10. 服务的变更、中断与终止

  • 我们可能根据业务发展调整、升级或下线部分功能，并尽可能提前通知。
  • 因系统维护、升级、网络或第三方原因、不可抗力等导致服务中断的，我们将尽力减少影响并及时恢复。
  • 如你严重违反本协议或法律法规，我们有权终止向你提供服务。

11. 账号注销

你可以随时在 App 内“设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号”申请注销。提交后进入 7 天冷静期，期间重新登录即可撤销注销；冷静期届满后，我们将按《隐私政策》所述永久删除或匿名化你的个人信息，账号无法恢复。注销不影响你在注销前已产生的责任；已购买的订阅请先在商店中取消自动续订。

12. 免责声明与责任限制

  • 本服务按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本服务的适销性、特定用途适用性、不中断或无错误作出明示或默示的保证。
  • 本服务旨在帮助伴侣沟通与记录，不对用户之间的关系结果、对方的真实身份或言行作出任何保证。请警惕索要钱财、投资理财等可疑行为。
  • 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损失不承担责任；我们的累计责任以你在过去 12 个月内就本服务向我们实际支付的金额为上限。适用法律不允许排除或限制的责任除外。

13. 未成年人

本服务面向成年人。未满 18 周岁（或你所在地区的成年年龄）的人士不得注册或使用本服务。如我们发现未成年人注册，将删除相关账号与数据。

14. 法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用【适用法律 / 司法辖区，待法务确定】。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交【争议解决机构 / 法院，待法务确定】解决。如你所在地的强制性消费者保护法律给予你更多保护，以该等规定为准。

15. 协议更新与联系我们

我们可能适时修订本协议。重大变更将通过 App 内通知、弹窗或其他合理方式告知你；变更生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的协议。

1. Scope and acceptance

Welcome to LoveBridge (the "Service"). The Service is provided by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us") and includes the LoveBridge iOS and Android apps, the website lovebrideg.one and its subdomains, and related APIs and online services.

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before signing up or using the Service. By tapping "Agree", creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and security

  • You can sign up with an email address (verification code / password) or, once available, with Sign in with Apple or Google. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live) to use the Service — see Section 13.
  • Your account is personal and may not be lent, transferred or sold. Keep your credentials and devices secure; you can enable App Lock / Face ID to protect sensitive content. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • To protect the Service we may rate-limit, require extra verification or temporarily lock accounts showing abnormal activity (for example repeated verification-code requests).

3. Pairing and the shared couple space

  • You can pair with one other user via an invite code or link. An account can be paired with only one partner at a time.
  • Once paired, you share the couple space — chats, shared albums, anniversaries, diaries, lists, challenges and game records. You understand that what you post in the couple space is visible to your partner.
  • Private photos and similar private content can only be viewed with both partners' consent and in the agreed way, and you can revoke access. We cannot prevent your partner from capturing content by other means (such as screenshots) while access is granted, so please share thoughtfully.
  • Either partner can unpair. After unpairing or account deletion, the other partner may keep content they posted themselves and shared records they are entitled to keep (for example messages they sent), as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

  • You (or the original rights holder) retain ownership of the text, voice, photos, videos, locations and other content you upload, send or post ("User Content").
  • To operate the Service for you and your partner — storing, transmitting, translating, generating memory cards and videos, creating thumbnails and converting formats, and safety review — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence, limited to providing and improving the Service, to use, copy, store, process, adapt and display your User Content. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account is deleted and purged (except where the law requires otherwise or while backups rotate out).
  • You confirm you have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, including image, privacy and copyright.
  • We do not publish or sell the private content of your couple space. Content you choose to post in community or public areas may be seen by other users.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes privacy or intellectual property;
  • upload or share intimate images of anyone without their consent, or stalk, coerce or blackmail anyone;
  • impersonate others or use a fake identity for romance scams, or solicit money transfers or investments;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, spam or malware;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape without authorisation, attack, disrupt or circumvent the security or billing of the Service;
  • let a minor use the Service, or expose minors to inappropriate content.

You can report content or users in the app. We may remove or restrict content that violates the law or these Terms and, depending on severity, warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts, and we will cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.

6. Translation, AI and assistive features

  • Chat translation and AI features (such as reply suggestions, conversation topics and culture Q&A) may rely on third-party providers (for example DeepL or an AI model provider) and are only available when enabled. When a feature is not enabled or the provider is unavailable, the app will say so.
  • Machine translation and AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of context. It is for reference only and is not professional advice (legal, medical, psychological or financial). You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
  • When you use these features, the relevant text is sent to the provider for processing — see the Privacy Policy.

7. Paid features and subscriptions

  • Some features are paid (for example memberships, virtual items or credits). Details, prices and benefits are shown in the app.
  • Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. Payment, charging, auto-renewal and refunds are governed by the store's terms and policies. We never receive your card details.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew in your store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Membership benefits may be shared between paired partners as described in the app. Virtual items and credits can only be used within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If your account is restricted or banned for breaching these Terms, purchased benefits may become unavailable; refunds are handled under the store's policy and applicable law.

8. Third-party services

The Service may include or link to third-party services (such as Apple / Google sign-in and payments, push notifications, translation, voice/video calling and AI services). They are governed by their own terms, and we do not guarantee their content or availability.

9. Intellectual property

Apart from User Content, the software, interface, illustrations, icons, text, the "LoveBridge" name and marks and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

10. Changes, interruption and termination

  • We may change, upgrade or retire features as the Service evolves and will give notice where reasonably possible.
  • The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, network or third-party issues or force majeure; we will work to minimise impact and restore it promptly.
  • We may stop providing the Service to you if you seriously breach these Terms or the law.

11. Deleting your account

You can request deletion at any time in the app under Settings → Account & Security → Delete account. A 7-day grace period follows, during which signing in again cancels the request. After it ends, we permanently delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, and the account cannot be restored. Deletion does not release obligations incurred before it. Please cancel any subscription's auto-renewal in the store first.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The Service helps partners communicate and keep memories; we make no promises about the outcome of any relationship or about another user's identity or conduct. Be wary of anyone asking for money or investments.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not affected.

13. Minors

The Service is for adults only. Anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where they live) may not register or use it. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will delete the account and its data.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by [governing law / jurisdiction — to be confirmed by counsel]. The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes will be submitted to [dispute-resolution body / court — to be confirmed]. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence that give you more protection still apply.
